Tick that off the to do list!

We went for a run this morning, it looked very daunting from the start, we knew last time we tried we were only able to run in 50 metres spurts and walked most of it.
We watched our friends run the whole thing and were determined to one day be able to do the same and now we have!
3.4 km, I think it was a bloody good effort, we just kept chipping away and didn't stop.
I'm amazed on a daily basis at just how much we have achieved in the last 8 months not only have we gained fitness, lost weight but we have made some wonderful new friends and achieved some amazing things, I can't wait to see what the next 12 months has in store.
